Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a subscription plan, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
- Subscription Commitment Period: All subscription purchases are subject to a minimum commitment period of two and a half (2.5) months from the date of the initial purchase. Every 14 days. During this period, the subscription may not be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
- No Early Termination: The Customer expressly agrees that they will not be entitled to cancel, terminate, or request a refund for their subscription during the first two and a half (2.5) months of the subscription term, regardless of the reason.
- One-Time Purchase vs. Subscription: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct purchase type at the time of checkout. If a subscription plan is selected, these Subscription Terms apply in full. One-time purchases are governed separately and are not subject to recurring billing.
- Renewal and Cancellation After Commitment Period: After the initial two and a half (2.5) month commitment period has elapsed. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Acknowledgement: By completing the purchase of a subscription, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Subscription Terms as part of the full Terms of Service.
